At Inkporium we get asked a lot of the same questions and hopefully, we have answered most of them here in our faq section. If you have other questions not listed here please contact us.
Make sure to get a good night’s sleep before your appointment so you’re well rested. In the week leading up to your appointment, keep your skin well moisturised and stay hydrated. On the day of your appointment, be sure to eat a proper meal and drink plenty of water.
Each case is unique, and certain medications such as blood thinners, as well as some health conditions may make the procedure inadvisable. We strongly recommend contacting the studio before booking to discuss any concerns or to learn more.

For safety and comfort reasons , we kindly ask that you do not bring children to your appointment. The studio environment isn’t suitable for young visitors, and we want to ensure both you and the artist have a calm and focused experience.
Pain levels vary from person to person and dependant on the placement of the tattoo, some areas are more sensitive than others. If you have any concerns please feel free to contact the studio. We will do our upmost to make you as comfortable as we can and keeping hydrated and fed will also help the process.
I aim to have your design ready and sent to you at least two weeks before your appointment.
It’s a great chance to discuss your ideas, placement and requirements, ask questions, get to know your artist, and ease any nerves you may be experiencing.

By law, you must be 18 or older to get a tattoo, anything under this age it would be classed as an ‘assault on a minor’. Please remember to bring valid photo ID to your appointment.
